Shipping & Advertising Information

Shipping

All display cases are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer to our customers within the continental United States via UPS Ground or Federal Express. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. The shipping rate is $14.00 per display case.

Most display cases ship within 5-7 days. Some items may require extra shipping time - please allow for a full 3-4 weeks where noted. Chances are you will receive your order in much less time than that, but please be prepared for the wait just in case.

If ordering by mail with payment in the form of a personal or company check, our policy is that orders are not placed with the manufacturer until funds are received from the bank. This may result in shipping delays, and may also generate additional fees.

Damages: Special care and attention is given when packaging each display case to ensure the merchandise arrives in perfect condition. If damage should occur during shipping, call Display It at (888) 565-9677 or notify us by e-mail. The merchandise will be picked up and replaced as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: Damage claims should be made within 10 days of receipt. This includes holiday presents --- inspect them when they arrive!

Returns/Exchanges: If you decide your display case does not meet your needs and wish to return or exchange it, call Display It at (888) 565-9677 or notify us by e-mail within 10 days of receipt. We will provide complete instructions for returning your order. Refunds will be granted for the price of the merchandise only; the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. A re-stocking fee is also required for certain items.

Advertising

Have a website about Diecast cars, Beanie Babies or other collectibles related to this site? Advertise with us! We will place your banner in the most suitable location on our site (space permitting, all rights reserved).

Our advertising rate is $35.00 per month, or three months for $90.00. Longer terms may be arranged; please e-mail for further rates and conditions.

We reserve all rights, including accepting or declining ads and placing banners at our discretion.

Most cases ship via UPS or Fed Ex within 5-7 days.

Order two or more cases and receive $2.00 off each case.
